On this screen you can enter information about your show and submit for inclusion in the event calendar. Please read the instructions to the right and double check your input before hitting submit button. Submissions take 24-48 hours to be approved and show up in the calendar.

Send Emails


1) Email Field, This field is required it is not shared with anyone. It is needed in case we need to contact you about the information in this form. It is also needed if you wish to modify this entry later on.

2) Start and End date, The start and end date of your show. If one day show please set start and end date the same.

3) Event Title, The title of your show. (example: FASA Spring Fling). Do not add the state in your title it will be added for you.

4) Event Type(s), Please check all events that will be offered.

5) Sanctioning, Please indicate if this show is sanctioned yet. You may come back at a later time and update this.

6) Club Name, Please pick your club name from the pulldown.

7) State, Please pick state show will be held in from pullldown.

8) Website URL, Please enter the URL of your clubs website or show info. Please use full URL starting with http:// If your club does not have a website enter the word "NONE".

9) Event information, Please enter relevant information about the events in the show. The show information can automatically be sent to ASCA email lists, so put information you would like people to see in the email. This does not have to be super detailed but enough so people have an idea of what events will be in the show, most of the detail can be at the website URL if you have one.

10) Send Emails, The system will automatically send an email about your show with the title: (EVENT: Your Event Title) and info to the relevant ASCA email lists. Check this box if you wish for this to happen.
